Yomna Adel Ali has over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Human Resources in both local and multination companies in various business sectors such as Cairo 3A, Ezz Steel, Johnson and Johnson, CMA CGM French Shipping Line and in various fields that include FMCG, industrial sector, agriculture, IT, and shipping. She has wide range of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, HR Due Diligence, culture transformation, Policies and Procedures, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and company restructure. Yomna is certified in the Personality and Preference (PAPI), a psychometric assessment tool by the British Psychological Society in Dubai. She holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science – Political Development from the American University in Cairo. She graduated from Temple University Japan in Political Science and has a Mass Media Certificate from Temple University Japan.
