The Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company S.A.E. was established in December 1973 under Egypt’s open door policy with regard to private enterprises. However, its transport activities and experience date back to 1939 as a continuation to GAMAL EL DIN LEHETA & CO.
By coordination with the Egyptian Stock Exchange , EGYTRANS will distribute EGP 0.40 (coupon No. 6) for the shareholders whose shares were traded until the end of the sessions held on 2/5/2012 on 7th May 2012 .This was published in EL Mal Newspaper issue dated 22nd April 2012.
