Dividend Information

Method of determining the profits distribution

1. Dividends are determined after being decided by the EGYTRANS General Assembly and approved by the General Authority for Financial Control.
2. The necessary documents are sent to Misr for Clearing, Settlement and Central Depository (MCSD) and the date of the last trading session that determines the right to receive dividends and the date of dividend distribution are specified.
3. The Egyptian Stock Exchange is notified of the date of the last trading session that determines the right to receive dividends and the date of dividend distribution.
4. The date of the last trading session, the date of dividend distribution and the number of the coupon are announced through the newspapers.
5. The value of dividends to be distributed is transferred to Misr for Clearing, Settlement and Central Depository (MCSD) within three working days.

Each shareholder should obtain his statement of account from Misr for Clearing, Settlement and Central Depository (MCSD) to be submitted to the banks specified by MCSD to received the dividends.

Most recent dividend payment announcement:

Number of Coupon: (5) for fulfilled operations until the session dated 21/4/2010 The value: EGP 2 per share Payment will be in two stages:

1. The first stage starting from 27/4/2010 with a value of EGP 1.
2. The second stage starting from 31/10/2010 with a value of EGP 1.
